Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to drive sales and profitability.
• Maintain presence on the sales floor and coach associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure safety, compliance with company policies, and loss prevention measures.
• Schedule effectively to control labor costs and manage payroll processing.
• Deliver Best of the WEST customer service and maintain clean, well-presented store visuals.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership for personnel matters and store initiatives.
