Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Store Manager who leads a team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results while upholding operational standards. You will coach and develop store partners, optimize staffing, merchandising, and loss prevention, and collaborate with district leadership to drive profitability.

You will plan and execute staffing, training plans, and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring a best-in-class store experience that reflects Boot Barn's values and culture.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and train store partners on categories (boots, denim, hats, add-ons).
• Assess localized customer needs and communicate with District Manager.
• Analyze trends to maximize sales and achieve key metrics.
• Coach to meet goals and be present on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Ensure staffing levels and payroll align with business needs.
