Cavender’s is seeking a Store Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead all aspects of store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence while building a high-performing team through coaching and accountability.

You will maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, lead by example, ensure safety and policy compliance, and champion Cavender’s culture of Best of the WEST customer service while meeting or exceeding key

Formación

• Progressive retail management experience with a proven ability to lead store operations and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, conflict resolution, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to interpret complex instructions and business reports, communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift, move merchandise and safely operate store equipment per policy.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays as business needs require.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations, drive sales, profitability, and customer experience.
• Mentor and train associates in sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies.
• Lead loss prevention efforts and manage payroll and scheduling.
• Maintain store appearance and stocking, monitor performance via reports.
• Escalate customer issues or personnel matters with HR as needed.
• Support store initiatives and other duties as assigned.
