Job summary

Boot Barn in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a Store Manager who leads with a service and selling culture, ensuring exceptional customer service and attainment of store sales goals. The Store Manager will partner with District & Regional Leadership to drive profitability through effective staffing, shrink reduction, and expense management.

You will build and coach a strong team, ensure expert product knowledge across western boots, work boots, denim, hats and add-ons, and foster community

Qualifications

• Lead store partners to foster a service & selling culture.
• Develop training plan for each store partner to achieve full competency across product categories (boots, denim, hats, add-ons).
• Analyze and communicate localized customer needs to District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to build customer engagement and achieve sales goals.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet business needs and control payroll expenses.
• Maintain store presentation guidelines and visual merchandising as per company standards.
• Partner with District Manager to plan and execute events and community outreach.
