Job summary

Boot Barn in Florida seeks a Store Manager to drive sales and lead a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer service. You will partner with District leadership to optimize staffing, shrink reduction and expense management for profitability.

The role emphasizes product knowledge across boots, denim, hats and accessories, plus training plans for store partners and community engagement through events.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Implement and uphold an environment of continuous learning by exhibiting expert-level product knowledge and developing a training plan for store partners.
• Assess and communicate localized customers' needs to District Manager.
• Analyze and measure business trends to maximize sales to meet or exceed key metrics and sales goals.
• Review sales goals with partners, provide coaching and recognition, and lead by example on the sales floor.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet changing business needs and payroll expenses.
• Adhere to visual presentation guidelines and educate partners on standards.
• Lead customer engagement through Boot Barn Credit Card and Loyalty Programs.
• Plan and execute experiential events with District Manager and local community outreach.
