Job summary

Casey’s is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a team that serves the community with enthusiasm and pride. This role oversees all aspects of operating a Casey’s store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation.

You will hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members, coach them to succeed, and model Casey’s CARES values. Manage labor, scheduling, kitchen ops, inventory, and store audits.

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience in retail or store leadership.
• Ability to hire, train, develop, and supervise team members.
• Strong communication and leadership to coach a store team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way, coaching them to succeed.
• Manage labor budget, staffing needs, and scheduling; ensure timely updates for store hours.
• Oversee kitchen operations, inventory, and Direct Store Deliveries; protect assets.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans and drive store performance.
