Casey’s is looking for a Store Manager to lead a team, serve the community with enthusiasm, and manage all aspects of a successful Casey's store.

You will hire, train, and develop Team Members, coach using Casey’s CARES values, and oversee labor, inventory, and food-service operations to drive profitability and guest satisfaction. This role offers a customizable career path within a Fortune 400 company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; coach and mentor your team.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; ensure scheduling is updated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventories, and merchandise orders; protect assets.
• Develop Store Action Plans with District Manager to improve KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and ensure Team Members complete required trainings.
