Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a team and serve the community with enthusiasm and pride. This position oversees all aspects of operating a Casey’s store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation.

You will hire, train, develop, and supervise team members, model Casey’s CARES values, manage labor and inventory, and partner with leadership to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to hire, train, and develop staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic initiatives to drive sales and maintain service standards.
• Ensure store is stocked, clean, and well-presented for guests.
• Hire, train, and supervise team members in Casey's Way; coach and mentor staff.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing, schedule updates, and communications.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders.
