Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, deliver exceptional guest service, and uphold store standards that support the community. This role oversees all aspects of store operations, including team management, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation.

You will hire, train, and mentor Team Members, coach to Casey’s CARES values, manage labor and scheduling, and collaborate with leadership to drive performance and growth within a Fortune 400 company.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks and driving performance.
• Ownership mindset and accountability.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 10–50 pounds; perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives and drive sales while upholding service standards.
• Ensure store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members as a mentor.
• Coach to Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget, staffing, scheduling updates, and shift coverage.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventories, and DSD; protect assets.
• Collaborate with District Manager on Store Action Plans and KPIs.
