Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Casey’s store, driving sales, ensuring quality service, and building strong relationships with guests and the community. You will hire, train, and mentor team members, manage labor and schedules, oversee kitchen operations, and protect assets while delivering Casey’s CARES values.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way and coach your team to success.
• Oversee labor budget, scheduling, and store staffing for normal and peak periods.
• Oversee kitchen operations, inventory, and asset protection processes.
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
