Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales and uphold service standards.
• Ensure store is stocked and clean to build guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members as a coach.
• Model Casey's CARES values in daily leadership.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular and high-traffic times.
• Oversee kitchen operations, inventory, audits, and asset protection.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans.
• Complete trainings and assessments including ServSafe where applicable.
