Job summary

Casey's is looking for business professionals who are passionate about leading a team that serves the community with enthusiasm and pride. As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operating a successful Casey's store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation.

You will hire, train, and coach Team Members, model Casey’s CARES values, and partner with leadership to drive store performance and people development.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail or food-service setting.
• Ability to develop and coach a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with shifting hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members; coach and mentor your team.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling up to date.
