You will hire, train, and coach a team, ensure excellent guest service, and drive sales while maintaining safety and quality. Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean and build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members per Casey's standards.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget, staffing, and scheduling for regular hours and events.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, audits, orders, and inventory; protect assets.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
