Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager who leads a team to deliver outstanding guest service and community engagement. You’ll manage hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling to ensure a high‑performing store. The role emphasizes leadership and adherence to Casey’s CARES values in daily operations.

You will oversee labor, inventory, and store processes while driving sales and executing strategic initiatives across the store, including weekends and occasional holidays.

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience in leadership roles.
• Ability to hire, train, and supervise store team members.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with labor budgeting, scheduling, and performance coaching.
• Background check may be required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise Team Members to Casey's standards.
• Coach and mentor staff following Casey’s CARES values.
• Manage labor budget and scheduling for regular and peak periods.
• Oversee kitchen operations, inventory, and asset protection.
• Complete daily bookwork, audits, and merchandise orders.
• Develop Store Action Plans with the District Manager.
• Attend trainings and assessments, including required programs.
