Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean; build relationships with guests and communities
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; protect assets
• Develop Store Action Plans with District Manager to improve KPIs and P&L
