Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service in a community-focused environment. You will drive sales, ensure product quality, and oversee merchandising, loss prevention, and store operations with a hands-on leadership style.

You will hire and train Team Members, coach them to grow within Casey’s Way, manage labor and scheduling, and model the CARES values. This full-time role offers a clear career path and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members, coaching and mentoring them to grow.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, store walks, task lists, audits, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and DSD.
• Ensure asset protection processes and audits are completed to protect company assets.
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans to improve KPIs and P&L.
