Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, maintain high quality service, and foster a welcoming guest experience in the community.

You will hire, train, and coach team members, oversee daily operations including kitchen, inventory, and scheduling, and ensure asset protection and safety, while modeling Casey’s CARES values. Competitive pay with bonuses and a robust benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards
• Ensure store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members
• Coach to Casey's CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service)
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events
• Oversee operations of the kitchen for productivity and profitability
• Complete daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and orders; protect assets
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L
• Attend trainings and ensure team completes required trainings
