Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Casey’s location, drive sales, and maintain high quality service.

You will hire, train, and coach Team Members, model Casey’s CARES values, and manage labor and daily store tasks with a focus on community relations and guest satisfaction. The role includes overseeing kitchen operations, inventory, audits, and asset protection while partnering with district leadership to implement action plans and improve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and drive performance to goals.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean and build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way and coach them to success.
• Model Casey's CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; maintain scheduling accuracy.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventories, and Direct Store Deliveries; protect assets.
• Partner with District Manager to develop action plans using KPIs and P&L data.
• Attend trainings and ensure Team Members complete required trainings.
