Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean and build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in leadership.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventory, and asset protection.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans.
• Complete trainings including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable.
