Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a community-focused store, drive sales, and ensure top-notch guest experiences. You will manage staffing, training, and daily operations while upholding Casey’s CARES values.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining safety and quality standards. A strong leadership mindset and flexibility to work varied hours are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way.
• Model Casey's CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular and peak times; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventories, and DSD; ensure asset protection processes.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Attend and complete trainings and assessments, including ServSafe where applicable.
