Carter's in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and serve as the first face of our baby and children brands. You’ll coach colleagues, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure our store delivers outstanding service while educating customers on product styles, features, and benefits.

In this role you’ll own scheduling, merchandising, and payroll, develop successors, monitor KPIs, and drive loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent pipeline through networking and recruiting; develop succession plans by training and developing your team.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment; drive employee engagement and performance.
• Lead and direct Leader on Duty program and customer loyalty initiatives; ensure excellent service and product knowledge.
• Oversee merchandising, scheduling, payroll, budgets, and KPI analysis; manage omnichannel initiatives and loss prevention.
