Responsibilities

• Lead a Store team including Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Uphold Miniso mission and values in daily operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales performance.
• Promote and drive sign-ups for the membership program to boost loyalty and sales.
• Manage labor, inventory, and store standards to ensure profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff with career development in mind.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising aligned with guidelines.
• Collaborate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and issues.
