Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to relocate or manage multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote and embody Miniso's mission and core values in daily activities.
• Ensure seamless store execution: outstanding service, merchandising, procedures, and sales.
• Drive membership program sign-ups to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Oversee store operations, performance, training, and career development for staff.
• Manage cash handling, expenses, and a clean, safe store environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
