Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Uphold Miniso mission and core values in every aspect of the role.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, merchandise standards, procedures, and drive sales.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.
• Oversee operations and overall performance to develop store employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent with career development paths.
• Maintain profitability through effective sales strategies and expense management.
• Manage cash-handling and ensure safe, clean store environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR regarding performance and relations.
• Operate computers/printers, schedules, and keep store clean and organized.
• Maintain inviting store environment and ensure visual displays align with guidelines.
• Drive business growth through strategic planning to boost traffic and sales.
• Address issues from staff and customers with quick, effective solutions.
