• Lead and develop a dynamic store team including ASM, shift leads, and sales associates.
• Promote MINISO mission, values and membership program.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and store merchandising standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, labor, inventory, and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain top talent with clear career paths.
• Drive sales through training, coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain cash handling and adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance matters.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and accurate schedules.
• Lead visual merchandising and store presence improvements.
• Address issues promptly to sustain a positive store atmosphere.
