Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Shift Leader for the Easton Town Centre store in Columbus, OH to support the Store Manager with daily operations and customer service. You will train associates, drive KPIs, and handle cash and merchandising tasks.

Open/close responsibilities, handle customer concerns professionally, and promote the store membership program to build customer loyalty. Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates.

• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
