Job summary

You will report to the Area/District Manager, recruit and mentor staff, uphold standards, and ensure profitability through effective execution of processes and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management with a track record of leading teams.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willing to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
• Ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including Assistant Store Manager and sales staff.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in every aspect of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution: customer service, merchandising, procedures, and sales.
• Drive membership program sign-ups to foster loyalty and boost sales.
• Oversee store operations and performance; develop employees.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to meet sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; create career paths.
• Uphold store standards; manage profitability and expenses.
• Handle cash and follow SOPs; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
