Job summary

FIGS is opening a new store at Valley Fair and seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help run operations and develop sales associates. You will lead the team on floor days, coach performance, and drive customer experience while upholding FIGS standards.

You will manage sales goals, coordinate with leadership, and support in-store projects with a focus on brand execution and operational excellence during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail experience
• 2+ years managing high volume retail
• Action oriented and results-driven
• Ability to motivate others and build teams
• Skilled at mediating and negotiating to resolve conflict
• Strong oral and written communication

Responsibilities

• Represent FIGS brand and mission consistently
• Coach team on store standards and visual merchandising
• Execute innovative projects on tight deadlines
• Communicate inventory and performance needs to store manager weekly
• Lead on sales floor at least 4 days a week
• Educate and train team for excellent customer experience
• Manage and maintain sales goals for the store
• Unpack inventory and assist with receiving
• Review hours and expenses; monitor P&L as applicable
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed
