Job summary

FIGS, a fast-growing healthcare apparel brand, seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our new Aventura store. You will lead the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure brand standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires 5+ years of retail experience, 2+ years in high-volume settings, and a proactive, team-focused leader who can navigate holiday season demands, merchandising, and daily store operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail experience
• 2+ years managing high volume retail
• Action oriented, driving for results
• Ability to motivate others and build effective teams
• Skilled at mediating and negotiating to resolve conflict
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Available to work Black Friday and holiday season

Responsibilities

• Represent the FIGS brand and mission at all times
• Participate in visual merchandising and coach on store standards
• Support innovative projects with tight deadlines
• Communicate inventory and product performance needs weekly
• Lead on the sales floor at least 4 days a week
• Educate and train the team to deliver an awesome experience
• Manage and maintain store sales goals
• Unpack inventory and manage weights safely
• Track hours and review P&L for accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and flag issues
