Job summary

FIGS, founded as a leading healthcare apparel brand, seeks an experienced Store Manager to drive store performance at our new Aventura Mall location. You will oversee daily operations, develop a high-performing team of associates, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while aligning with FIGS brand standards.

You will collaborate with the Santa Monica leadership team, coach staff, manage inventory, and provide regular performance reporting to meet financial targets during the busy holiday

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in retail management.
• 2+ years managing high-volume retail operations.
• Proven track record of driving results and motivating teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Availability to work during peak holiday period including Black Friday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of retail operations and staff development.
• Drive sales performance and productivity in line with objectives.
• Train and coach a high-performing team.
• Ensure stock integrity and effective back-of-house operations.
• Develop business strategies to achieve financial KPIs.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide real-time feedback.
• Manage inventory and review P&L for accuracy.
