Job summary

FIGS is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Visual Manager for our new Aventura store in Florida. You will oversee training, development, and performance of Community Hub associates, drive sales with strategic VM and brand standards, and partner with leadership to execute store-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities include launching the hub, training, inventory control, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences for healthcare professionals visiting the store.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail experience.
• 2+ years managing Visual Merchandising in a high-volume retail environment.
• Action-oriented and results driven.
• Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Skilled at mediating and negotiating to resolve conflict.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of initial Hub set up and launch.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising Planograms are executed flawlessly for each launch.
• Ensure brand standards, decal and light box installation, mannequin styling, cleanliness and organization.
• Educate and train team members on product knowledge for best-in-class customer experiences.
• Serve as brand ambassador with product expertise and training the team.
• Assist in daily operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing team members.
• Provide feedback on product needs to SM and Director of VM weekly.
• Oversee inventory management including stock replenishment and accuracy.
• Unpack inventory boxes (5–30 lbs) as required.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and communicate issues.
• Foster a positive, productive work environment.
