Job summary

FIGS in Aventura is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help run our new store at the Aventura Mall. You will set the tone for the team and drive brand presence, customer experience, and sales results.

You will coach and develop associates, manage inventory and visual standards, and partner with leadership to hit store goals. Availability for Black Friday and the December holiday period is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail experience
• 2+ years managing high volume retail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Available to work Black Friday and December holidays

Responsibilities

• Represent FIGS brand and mission
• Participate in visual merchandising and coach team on store standards
• Support in executing projects under tight deadlines
• Communicate inventory and performance needs to the store manager weekly
• Lead on sales floor a minimum of 4 days a week with coaching
• Educate and train team for an awesome experience
• Manage and maintain sales goals for the store
• Unpack inventory boxes as required (5-30 lbs)
• Review hours and expenses and verify P&L accuracy
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed
