FIGS is seeking a Full-Time Community Hub Lead for its Tysons store. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while assisting with store operations, including training team members and overseeing store management in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage customers in meaningful conversations.
• Assist customers with finding the right style, size, and color.
• Support all cash wrap activities (purchases, returns, exchanges).
• Maintain store appearance and stock merchandise.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty when required.
• Provide feedback on sales trends and customer insights.
