Job summary

FIGS is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Visual Manager for our new Valley Fair store opening. You will train and manage Community Hub associates, ensure brand standards, and collaborate with leadership to drive sales and profitability.

You’ll educate the team on product knowledge, maintain VM planograms, and oversee opening/closing procedures while supporting recruiting and scheduling, ensuring a positive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail experience.
• 2+ years managing Visual Merchandising in a high-volume retail environment.
• Action-oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience mediating and negotiating to resolve conflict.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support initial store launch setup and training.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising Planograms are executed at launch.
• Oversee brand standards, decals, light boxes, and mannequin styling.
• Educate and train team for best-in-class product knowledge.
• Serve as brand ambassador with product storytelling and training.
• Assist in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, scheduling, and development.
• Provide weekly feedback to SM and VM Director on product needs.
• Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
