Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop in Springfield Township, PA seeks a Chief Workshop Manager to drive overall workshop success and guest experiences. You will lead a high-performing team, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure financial goals align with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a customer-centric environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with store technology: POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and team performance by coaching AWMs, SLs, and Bear Builders to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
• Create weekly schedules and daily assignments with the AWM; supervise tasks and priorities.
• Lead hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions in alignment with policy and HR guidance.
• Enforce policies, maintain security, cash handling, and adherence to brand standards.
• Oversee merchandising displays and store layout to reflect brand standards.
• Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Develop a high-performing team in partnership with the AWM.
