A hospitality mindset and customer focus will drive daily interactions and team development within a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities include modeling brand behaviors, mentoring staff, and leveraging technology to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
