Job summary

LOFT in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring a Sales Lead for regular/part-time shifts up to 32 hours per week. You’ll model exceptional customer experiences, mentor associates, and partner with the Store Manager to keep store operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 6 months retail sales experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You'll drive brand standards and support omnichannel customer service with the team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech-savvy and able to operate a POS system.
• Lift up to 40 lbs safely using proper equipment (step stools, ladders).
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to be ready to step in as manager when needed.
• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for omnichannel customer service.
