LOFT Outlet at The Shops at Liberty Place in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and nurture a strong store culture for associates. The role is a regular/full-time position on-site, reporting to Store Leadership.

You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, coach associates, and help deliver seamless omnichannel shopping experiences while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
