LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Philadelphia to support the customer experience and help cultivate a welcoming store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, mentor associates, and model the brand's behaviors to engage customers.

This role uses technology to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience and supports the Store Manager with recruiting, training, and daily operations at Store 3122-The Shops at Liberty Place, Philadelphia, PA 19102.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent hospitality and customer service orientation.
• Able to lead on the sales floor and coach staff.
• Proficient with POS systems and store technology.
• Strong business sense and ability to drive results.
