Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Manager for our Toledo-Holland, OH location. You will lead a diverse team, drive store performance, and ensure execution of customer brand promises while managing operations to meet budgets and KPIs.

You will hire, train, and coach Team Members, oversee inventory and merchandising, and maintain a safe, positive shopping environment. Night/weekend shifts may be required, with a focus on service excellence and results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience
• 2+ years supervising a diverse team
• Experience with performance management

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store operations per SOP and policies.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets with the team.
• Hire, train, and coach team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Execute shrink and safety programs.
• Maintain cross-trained store knowledge across departments.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
