Responsibilities

• Lead and coach front-end and service operations to ensure selling behaviors and brand standards
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protect MCC/Extend services offerings
• Lead Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar operations with subject-matter oversight
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching
• Maintain strong Asset Protection practices to minimize shrink
