Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience including inventory management, merchandising and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years of direct supervision of a diverse team with performance management and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and policy compliance.
• Deliver sales and profit plans and KPI targets with the team.
• Execute customer brand promises and manage shrink and safety programs.
• Staff, train, coach and develop Team Members; manage performance and talent.
