Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years supervising a diverse team with performance management and talent development.
• Ability to plan workload, manage KPI delivery, and work within budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store aspects, ensuring SOPs and company standards are followed and team held accountable.
• Deliver sales and profit targets in line with annual objectives; drive KPI achievement.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Team Members; conduct performance reviews and manage discipline when needed.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and maintain operational understanding across departments, including cross-training in Custom Framing.
