Michaels Albany-Latham store in New York is seeking a part-time Retail Manager - Sales to drive sales, lead front-end and service operations, and uphold brand standards.

You will coach team members, manage POS and Self-Checkout, promote the Loyalty Rewards program, and ensure efficient in-store and omni-channel experiences.

This role requires strong leadership, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings, and a commitment to safety and asset protection.

Competenze

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading front-end and service operations.
• Familiarity with POS, Self-Checkout systems, and loyalty programs.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach store team to meet KPIs and sales goals.
• Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety policies are followed.
• Oversee customer experience, service behaviors, and floor operations.
• Support MOD coverage and daily omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS / delivery).
