Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, MOD coverage, and ensuring in-stock readiness while maintaining visual standards and promotional signage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Strong workload planning and inventory control.

Responsabilités

• Lead truck execution and ensure timely unloading and merch flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
