Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of retail experience, including specialized knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years of experience directly supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, including SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and results.
• Deliver sales, profit, and KPI targets in line with annual objectives; manage the team to achieve role KPIs.
• Lead the execution of our customer brand promises and shrink and safety programs.
• Staff the store with qualified Team Members: hire, train, observe and coach; lead performance management and development; identify talent.
• Maintain operational understanding of all store departments; cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production; act as Manager on Duty (MOD).
