Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and certifications demonstrate readiness to lead store operations.
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired to assist a diverse customer base.
• Certifications relevant to parts and service support professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels and execute programs to drive sales.
• Ensure staffing, train and coach team members, and participate in interviews.
