O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role will manage the store in the Manager’s absence and lead the team during opposing shifts to ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training required or preferred.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Ensure the sales counter is staffed during peak hours and maintain customer focus.
• Assist the store manager with coaching, goal setting, and training updates for team members.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and candidate evaluation with management.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store and transfers are processed promptly.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Enforce schedule adherence, clock-in/out, and adherence to company policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties, including end-of-day procedures and securing money and deposits.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, lighting, and delivery vehicles.
