Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute customer service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing during peak hours and setting team goals with coaching.
• Assist in the hiring process by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Perform opening/closing duties, end-of-day procedures, and secure money and deposits.
