Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to coach and develop associates to reach customer service, operational, and business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics and data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.

Aufgaben

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a superior customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing, and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Communicate action plans to associates based on Associate Insight survey results.
• Work with department heads to identify opportunities and develop timely solutions with plans for implementation.
• Model and demand high levels of customer service and address associate/customer concerns.
• Oversee total store operations in the store manager’s absence.
• Assist in achieving weekly, period, and annual sales and budgets.
